A Friday night

I had always made the excuse that it was too far for two hours of dancing. Well at a loose end and with three local tangueros to entertain, I thought I would give it a go.
It did take us an hour and a quarter to get to Alderley Edge so that meant two and a half hours driving for two hours dancing, but what else would I be doing?
It has been a long time since we caught up with Andrew and Carole and the music did not disappoint. I had a lovely dance with Carole and did not stop for the whole two hours. Unlike at other venues Viv did not stop either. Our new tanguero and two tangueras seemed to enjoy the evening also.
So in then end I think it was worth the drive. So is Alderley Edge now going to be a regular? Probably not, though I doubt this will be our last visit.

  1. What stops the dancing at 11:30? Another workshop?? 🙂

Seriously though, goodness knows how students are supposed to learn real dancing when so little of an evening is given over to real dancing.

As always there is a workshop first. So it is 9:30 to 11:30 dancing.

  3. Why only two hours dancing, Bob?
